2D Puzzle Game – Limbo
Users who like playing horror puzzle games may have heard of Silent Hill, similar to the style of this software games, Limbo is an award-winning horror platforme. Limbo was originally released on Xbox Live and now become available on Mac via Steam.
So in this game you will control a little boy who’s on a journey through a strange, dark and charming world. The stages will be full of monsters, giants, mechanisms and puzzles. Though the graphics are a little worse than original version, the animation is still fantastic, adding a lot of depth and atmosphere. The sound effect is also excellent and may frighten you at night.
Just like every puzzle-like game, in each level of Limbo you have to sweep the obstacles in the way by solving puzzles. It’s also a thrilling experience to play with all things in dark. Limbo is not a long game, but can bring you the surprise no less than similar ones. But be aware that it’s a horror game which means it has the scary moments – not gory but gruesome. It’s also a game full of memorable moments, especially when you mange to pass the challenges of stages. After all, Limbo is a must play game for those who like scary and dreamlike puzzle games.
